The location is peaceful, as the hotel is based in a lovely area.

Room was clean and breakfast very good.

Grounds were in need of attention. Reception should have told me how to find my room as the numbering did not follow in order. I have reduced mobility and had to go to the trouble of returning to reception to ask where the room was.

The staff were so lovely, friendly, and really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Room service food was excellent, and the bed was super comfortable!

The rooms are a little tired.

The breakfast with egg on was served in the restaurant.

The room was decent but had some issues. It was spacious and comfortable for the most part. There was a lot of noise because of a banging fire door that kept me up at night. The water in the shower wasn't hot, really frustrating when getting ready for an event. Just didn't feel relaxing enough with that going on.

The hotel room was very comfortable, clean and quiet (There was a wedding elsewhere at the hotel but we were not disturbed. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Thank you all for a just perfect stay for two nights. Overall it was new-fashioned with five tables. There also was good parking and very clean pool. Recommend this place and would come here again.

Lack of bedrooms for smokers.

Clean comfortable room with decent facilities. Bathroom was well appointed. The room was quiet and the air conditioning worked well.

The sloping top to the basin in the bathroom was disconcerting! We were served a glass of wine that was off and had to be changed

It was in a tranquil but convenient location and the staff were extrememly helpful and pleasant.

I think the hotel has been overdeveloped and has lost the character of the original old hall.

New great quality hotel in an impressive old manor house. Highly recommended.

Stayed while attending the Duxford flying legends display, location was very good for travelling.

Could do with a cash machine, I had to drive to town centre for cash

The room was spacious with carpeted floors, a private bathroom, and a tea/coffee maker. Had great amenities like a hairdryer and TV. Spa facilities were fantastic with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. Breakfast was good and service was on point, really enjoyed the stay

I thought the room was expensive for what is was, the tea and coffee making facilities were very limited not enough milk etc for 2 people, the room was very cold and took ages to heat up and there wasnt any dressing gowns, when we asked for one it took ages to come and was absolutely huge with no belt. It would be fine if the price was less but for what we paid for the room we expected a little more. The paintwork was tatty in communal areas it could do with a little spruce up.
